Please be aware that the following terms & conditions apply when booking our services:

The deposit is non refundable

Trial bookings cannot be cancelled however, subject to availability, they can be rescheduled if unforseen circumstances arise

If a trial date is booked the full amount is due and payable PRIOR to the day

People can be added to a booking however this is subject to available time on the day so it must be pre arranged by contacting us

If booking numbers are reduced the FULL fee still applies at the quoted price.

Except by special arrangement failure to pay the FULL balance owing prior to the booked date will result in cancellation of the WHOLE booking and the deposit will be forfeited

Where payment on the day has been agreed then FULL payment is due prior to commencement of work. The beautician and/or stylist reserve the right to abandon the booking if payment for the full amount as quoted is not forthcoming

Booked services cannot be altered unless pre arranged either prior to the booked date or on the day of the booking

The altered service/s must be of the same or higher value

An alteration fee may apply at the discretion of Magic Mirror Cosmetic Solutions

Payment for goods and services paid via PayPal and Stripe will incur a 2% surcharge.
